Expanding access to renewable energy

TARCOG is seeking to enhance access to solar and renewable energy in collaboration with our member governments and state partners. With a growing economy and an ever-changing environment, we want to provide as many opportunities as possible to expand renewable energy access across our service area.

As a first step in accomplishing this goal, we have partnered with SolSmart to become a regionally designated entity to expand the awareness and usage of solar energy within our five-county region.

In response to considerable shifts in today’s climate, many cities across the U.S. have expanded their energy resources to accommodate more sustainable options. TARCOG is here to assist our communities and interested stakeholders who wish to embark on renewable energy journeys.
